Building a social resume is a little more complicated than simply updating your LinkedIn profile. A potential employer can learn about you just by stumbling onto your blog, Twitter or Facebook page, or by searching on an influence site like Klout.

It’s not a bad thing to be discovered this way — one in six job seekers say that social media helped them get their current jobs.  The other five out of six should take a look at this infographic and see how they can step up their game.
