iOS 4.3.2 Released. Did it Stabilize my iPad 2 WiFi when Tethered?

If you have a iPhone 4 (GSM model – AT&T in the U.S.), iPhone 3GS, iPod touch (3rd or 4th generation), or an iPad “1″ or 2, Apple has an iOS 4.3.2 update waiting for you. The update:

- Fixes an issue that occasionally caused blank or frozen video during a FaceTime call
- Fixes an issue that prevented some international useres from connecting to 3G networks on iPad Wi-Fi + 3G
- Contains the latest security updates

Here are the file sizes I noted while updating my devices:

iPhone 4: 666.2 mb
iPad 2: 621.1 mb
iPad: 593.4 mb

I noticed that the iPad 2 and iPhone 4 had a more stable tethered relationship shortly after the update. I do not know if it is related to the update. However, it was good to see the iPad 2 remain tethered to the iPhone after numerous suspend/wake cycles.
