It’s been quite a few years since I last used a film camera, but like many people I still have an old photo album cluttering up the closet. That’s why I’m kinda glad I came across this gadget.
Way back in the dark ages of the 20th century, photos used to come on this thing called paper, and they were originally shot on film, not the SD card you probably have in your digital camera.
If you still have that film and those photos lying around then you might want to check out the iPics2Go. This $63 device turns an iPhone 4s into a photo scanner.
It’s made by Ion (they also make the arcade gaming peripherals for iPhone and iPad), and it includes lighting and batteries that you’d need to properly take a photo. All you’d need to add is the iPhone and the photos.
