Is It Bad to Use Social Media on Your Phone? [Infographic]

Social media can drain your battery life and your will to live.

Well, maybe it’s not that bad, but sites like Facebook, Spotify, and YouTube can eat up nearly $2,500 worth of memory per year, according to the data shown in this infographic. In a recent survey, 66 percent of respondents said they have trouble sleeping after using social media. Worse, tweeting or texting while driving slows your reaction time by 38 percent, which is more than drinking or smoking pot.
