Jackie Collins To Self-Publish eBooks

In a upcoming So What Do You Do? interview Jackie Collins reveals that she is getting into self-publishing eBooks.

Since the 1960s, the actress/novelist has been writing romance novels and has penned almost 30 books, including New York Times bestsellers such as Hollywood Wives.

GalleyCat has more: “Why eBooks now? Collins said she is drawn to the format ‘just to be innovative and as a gift for my fans. It’s a total experiment. It might sell two copies or it might sell 200,000. Who knows?’ Evidently, this could be more than just a one-time endeavor for the author. ‘If it does well, I probably will continue to e-publish, because I have a book of short stories and my publisher says short stories don’t sell,’ she told us.”
