Kajeet, a tween mobile service we’ve covered before, now has introduced entertainment text messages called Feeds in various categories including horoscopes, sports trivia and “fortune cookies” (pearls of wisdom aimed at kids), according to a MediaPost article.
For 10 cents per message, kids can also get daily jokes, daily fun facts, and the usual wallpapers and ringtone offerings. The service also allows parents to set time and cost limits. The article also mentions that Disney already tried–and ultimately gave up on–a similar service model.
