“Put your Beard in my Mouth” — Ke$ha Joins Tumblr With Class

Moustaches get all the attention and it’s just not fair…for beards, that is.  Ke$ha wants to give beards the attention that they deserve and so she’s launched her very own Tumblr dedicated to beards, just in time for Decembeard‘Put Your Beard In My Mouth’ launched with its first entry, a picture of Ke$ha eating a man’s beard, on Tuesday and on Wednesday she began tweeting about it.  She’s asking men to submit pictures of their beards for her (and others’) viewing pleasure.

Perez Hilton reports, “OMG!  This girl is OBSESSED with beards!  OB-SESSED!  She even went to a NYC beard competition to scope out all the men exciting her glitter.”  It is believed that the first photos from the Tumblr blog, of Ke$ha eating men’s beards, were taken at that beard competition.

Ke$ha is by no means the first pop star to join Tumblr.  Lady Gaga and Britney Spears, among others, joined the microblogging site earlier this year.  However, Ke$ha’s ‘Put Your Beard In My Mouth’ just may be the most quirky and eyebrow raising celebrity blog to hit Tumblr thus far.  I wonder if Ke$ha’s beard-biting shenanigans will start a new alternative to planking or owling called Bearding…

Ke$ha has only posted photos of submitted beards from two guys so far, each with a personal comment.  Bearded fellows—will you submit a picture of your beard for Ke$ha?  Everyone else—what’s your take on this bizarre new Tumblr blog?
