LiveWire Mobile, the mobile content provider that acquired mobile music service Groove Mobile in March, has inked a deal with SPV, an indie rock music aggregator out of Germany.
The distribution agreement gives LiveWire access to music from SPV’s four labels, which carry such hard-hitting artists as Alice Cooper, Whitesnake, Motorhead, Motley Crue and Skinny Puppy, among many others, Mass High Tech reports.
LiveWire’s carrier customers will be offering full-track downloads, music videos, ringtones and ringback tones from SPV artists.
