FYI: AT&T tweeted (see screenshot above) that nothing has changed and points you to this Q&A item in their answer center…

What if I am unsatisfied with the resolution AT&T offers me for a problem I am experiencing?

I’ll leave it to the legally astute among you to figure this one out…
