We just love heading into the weekend with a positive outlook, and it’s even better to share. So, the Mobile Entertainment Forum has released the results of its first Business Confidence Index, and it predicts a good year ahead.
The quarterly index, which the MEF put together with the help of KPMG, has MEF members forecasting an average 27% growth in revenue for 2009.
According to Cellular-news, the MEF launched the index to track the confidence level of the industry as a whole and to follow mobile entertainment trends as they emerge and grow over time.
As for current trends, the index predicts the top five mobile entertainment growth areas for this year as social networking, music, video, games and infotainment.
