Here’s what I consider funny (and it is true too): I decided it would be amusing to set the default search engine for Google’s Chrome browser on my PC to Microsoft Bing. And, I actually use Bing for serious searching too. However, I must also admit that I frequently can’t find what I’m looking for using Bing and switch back to Google’s search engine. So, yes, Bing does seem better than Microsoft’s previous search engine offerings. But, it is still not as goo as Google’s. And, that brings me to this bit of Bing related news…

Microsoft Delivers Open-Source Bing SDK for iPhone, Mac

I’m trying to figure out why a developer would want to use this Bing SDK for a Mac or iPhone app. I have no punch-line or clever guess. I’m stumped. Any hints from anyone out there?
