Mizuno Got 25 Percent Bump From Wendy Davis’s High-Profile Use of the Shoe

Davis’s bump gave Mizuno a 25 percent bump in mentions on sports sites, the firm also found

Mizuno was 400 percent more likely to be mentioned in politics content after Davis’s marathon filibuster, and the Wave Riders grew their mentions around the Web by nearly the same percentage.

Mizuno has not capitalized on the limelight brought by the 50-year-old politician and running enthusiast, possibly because of the political nature of Davis’s fame.
