MobiHandler – a Library For Kindle eBooks

Would you like to be able to look at a folder of eBooks and see the cover images, title, author, etc? You can now use MobiHandler to do just that. This clever little app isn’t a library tool; it doesn’t organize your eBooks itself. Instead, it teaches Windows how to do it. Trust me, that’s a lot better.

After you download and install it, you’ll be able to open any folder with Kindle or Mobipocket eBooks and instead of seeing icons and gibberish for file names, you’ll see the cover images. And after you tell Windows to look for them, you’ll also be able to sort by author and title.

If you’ve ever wanted to sort your eBooks by hand, now is your chance. It works on Windows XP, Vista, and Win7.  You can download the file here.

There are before and after pictures after the break.
