Morning Joe’s Web Chats: Willie and Welch

Morning Joe’s MSNBC Website has added regular web chats, and recently Willie Geist answered viewer questions on a wide array of topics.

The questions include serious ones, like how the show benefits from being in the same building as the Today show. “We’ve gotten to the point now where we’re able to book the big-name guests, but when Today has someone we’re also interested in talking to, they never hesitate to share the wealth,” Geist says. “We benefit from the power of their show.”

There’s also some lighter questions, like describing the amount of pills around the show. “Our set is like a Mexican pharmacy: whatever you want, no oversight,” he says.
