For tonight’s Presidential Address to Congress, msnbc.com is doing more than just live streaming the speech. The site has launched exclusive video technology to give users a true multimedia experience.
Video Explorer, as it’s called, allows users to search transcripts, find specific passages of video and embed those clips onto their sites and blogs.
You’ll be able to search President Obama’s Address to Congress, the Republican response from Gov. Bobby Jindal, four previous presidential speeches to Congress, and 20 newly indexed speeches and press conferences from President Obama – ranging from his speech on race to his weekly address to the nation delivered last week.
