TechCrunch is running what it claims are some leaked screenshots from the new MySpace Music site, which could launch as early as this week.
The report said that the new service will launch at music.myspace.com but will look completely different than the existing site. “Users will be able to stream music for free, create playlists, download music from Amazon, buy merchandise and event tickets, and buy ringtones.”
The company has spent the last few weeks briefing the record labels as well as advertisers about the site, but these look to be the first actual screenshots of what the service will look like. We’ll know soon enough, of course.
