It’s been a busy day at iVillage, as the NBC Universal-owned women’s destination followed its announcement of the promotion of John Curbishley with the news that it will team up with its broadcast-network sister on a contest to mark the second season of hit series Parenthood.
NBC and iVillage are asking contestants to submit blog posts on one of three topics: “Have I become my mother/father?,” “Do parents really know best?,” or “Friend or mom?” The grand-prize winner will receive a trip for two to Los Angeles and a visit to the show’s set.
Entries can also be shared via Facebook, Twitter, or blogs, and the winner will be chosen by a panel of judges from iVillage and the series. The second season of Parenthood kicks off Tuesday at 10 p.m.
