Mashable.com has a post about mobile blogging that talks up nine moblogging tools. Unlike tools designed to let you post full blog entries from your phone, the services featured in this article are more for giving a “short burst of information to your friends.”
The Mashable-noted tools:
- BusyThumbs.com: A way to archive texts, images and videos from your phone.
- Jaiku.com: Make short posts from a PC and send text updates via phone.
- Moblog.co.uk: Upload pictures and videos to mobile blogs
- MobyPicture.com: Add content to social network profiles or blogs.
- NowThen.com: A place to store and send mobile pictures.
- Treemo.com: Publish multimedia content to a blog, MySpace or Facebook app.
- Twitter: Has tools for posting “tweets” from a phone.
- Utterz.com: Post mobile videos and pictures to a blog, YouTube, Flickr or other site.
- Xanco.com: Upload pictures and videos from a phone for sharing.
