The White House has a Twitter account, as evidenced by its announcement via tweet of President Barack Obama‘s primetime press conference Wednesday.

But how does the White House update its Twitter account, since, as press secretary Robert Gibbs told C-SPAN Friday morning, Twitter is blocked on White House computers?
