In order to ease the pain of mobile internet customers, Nokia has integrated Ovi.com’s sign-in process with its other media sharing services. Nokia has acquired a dozen or so companies with an aim towards having a complete set of applications and content as growth in the mobile handset market slows. While Ovi.com has acted as the portal for users into these services, some of the individual services required different logins, making the service difficult to use.
Ovi.com offers contacts, maps, media sharing, games, music, file storage and online calendar, and syncs with a users mobile device via a downloadable desktop component.
