In yet another foray into the land of mobile content, Nokia has launched what the handset maker is calling a “mobile TV channel” that features short shows from several top UK hosts, MocoNews is reporting, as a tie-in to the company’s new N96 handset.
“Capsule N96″ will showcase the following shorts, according to the report: motoring segment Cabin Fever, fashion item Portfolio, arts piece Pulse, gadget show Byte-Wize, MTV Cribs-clone Power Pads and comedy show Funnyhaha.
The report said that the mobisodes will air weekly from the N96′s October 1 UK debut to end of November. Each mobisode is exactly 96 seconds long (get it?). They’re also downloadable from Nokia’s Web site.
