Nokia has expanded its Music Store into Austria and Switzerland. Both new sites feature five million tracks that users can access directly on their Nokia handset or via a PC.
With a single account, music lovers can browse for new music, get recommendations or search for favorite artists, songs or albums. There’s a wishlist feature for tagging tracks for future download, if you’re not sure you want to buy it yet. Once a track is downloaded to either a phone or PC, it can be transferred to the other device without requiring a second download.
Music fans in Austria will be paying one euro per track and 10 euros per album they download. For consumers in Switzerland, it’s 1.50 CHF per track or 15 CHF per album. Music can be purchased by credit card or pre-paid vouchers.
