OgilvyOne, the digital unit of the Ogilvy Group, has partnered with Mobixell, a provider of mobile multimedia and advertising solutions, to offer mobile operators end-to-end mobile advertising solutions, the companies said.

This joint offering will include advertising, brand management, consumer profiling, campaign planning and execution, ad serving and rich-media delivery. Sounds like the only thing not included is the actual product or service being marketed.

Mobixell brings its Ad-It ad server as well as experience in delivering telco-grade mobile multimedia solutions. These factors, according to OgilvyOne senior advertising consultant Jonathan MacDonald, open “a host of new advertising inventory opportunities for operators.”

The companies have already delivered their joint offering to several clients in Europe and Asia.
