OneCommand, a provider of automated multichannel marketing solutions to car dealerships, has added a mobile marketing module to its offering to enable dealers to interact with consumers beyond the show room.
Dealers can choose their own short code that their customers can text to receive service coupons, service reminders or info about cars currently in stock at that dealership.
OneCommand offers two Mobile Marketing packages to its dealers. Mobile Marketing Pro gives the dealership a fully functional mobile Web site complete with inventory integration including vehicle pictures, video and Carfax integration. It also provides Web-to-mobile Web site capabilities to drive opt-in rates from the dealer’s traditional site plus real-time lead tracking and CRM integration.
For dealerships just wanting to test the mobile waters, the Mobile Service Pack provides SMS-based mobile couponing and service scheduling along with real-time lead tracking and CRM integration.
According to the company, dealerships that participated in the pilot program saw a 10% lift in campaign response rates.
