Lately I faced a problem – I needed to create some invoices but didn’t know how to do it and started to search for some templates. Luckily for me I remembered those online invoicing services/apps and decided to try them out. It worked out perfectly – I created my invoice templates for the clients within 10 minutes! I’m really satisfied with the service and want to share with you some invoicing services you may want to try.

freshbooks

FreshBooks (Pricing: Free; $14 – $149) – One of the most popular and advanced invoicing apps. Offers both – invoicing using internet (e-mail) or snail mail. You can set-up automatic invoicing and app will track/collect also all online payments. Of course you can brand/customize your invoices depending on your corporate style.

lessaccounting

LessAccounting (Pricing: Free; $12-$24) – Also very powerful invoicing app that offers you similar functionality that FreshBooks. LessAccounting will also aggregate your bank data nightly and it can provide cross integration with Highrise/Basecamp. Check out tour videos before you sign-up.

zoho

Zoho Invoice (Pricing: Free; $8 – $35) – If you already use some Zoho application then signing up is right decision because it will provide integration with other Zoho powered services.
