Opera Mini Befriends Android

Opera Software has ported its Opera Mini mobile Web browser to Google’s Android platform. TMCnet reports that the Norwegian firm has released a technical preview for Android developers wanting to test the new release and provide some feedback.

The Android support fits in with the message Opera delivered earlier this month with the beta of Opera Mini 4.1, which it describes as “the browser for almost every mobile phone.”
