Oprah’s Favorite Bings

Bing and DonorsChoose.org are two of Oprah Winfrey‘s Favorite Things, so fresh off their appearance on the last-ever Favorite Things episode on Oprah, Microsoft’s search engine teamed up with the online charity site and the talk show to create the Visual Search Gallery of Oprah’s Favorite Things.

Items can be sorted by price range, and procrastinators can take advantage of Last Minute Items that ship on the day they are ordered.

Bing community manager Nick Sherrill posted on the Bing Blog:

Last week, Bing and partner DonorsChoose.org were featured on Oprah‘s very last Favorite Things episode. The Favorite Things episode is the most-watched, most talked-about Oprah show of the year, and this one was no exception. The massive episode was split over two days, and our $1,000,000 Bing Gives campaign with giving partner DonorsChoose.org was called out on Monday.

In honor of the Gives campaign, and our relationship with Oprah and DonorsChoose.org, we created a Visual Search Gallery of Oprah’s Favorite Things over the years. If you’re not familiar with Bing’s Visual Search Gallery, it’s a great feature that sorts images under common themes, making image search customizable and incredibly useful.
