That new social collecting billboard thing Pinterest has just been killing it all over the web.  While numbers may be seeing a top, the functionality of the site is seamless and I believe there will always be a group of people that use Pinterest to satisfy their hoarding desires.  I’ve read a lot of analysis of the site itself, but none so interesting as Ben Silbermann, the site’s founder and CEO, talking about the rise of the site and the many surprising failures he had to go through.
