PlinkMe is a service for bloggers and other web publishers to get a photos and publish them for free.

All you need to insert the picture is copy and paste few lines of JavaScript code and you are done. Pictures are viewed into a Flash widget where you can also see the author of this photo and link to the photographers website. And how you can understand it is good for photographers also to promote they photos and get traffic to their personal website/showcase.
I like this comparison on Meshable! – “It’s the YouTube of photos, if you will – a promotional tool for the photographers and a great source of free photos for everyone else.”
So, if you need a picture for your blog article or other web content – you know the plaece!
