CBS Evening News anchor Katie Couric appeared this morning on Live with Regis & Kelly, promoting her “All Access” Grammy special tonight at 9pm.

And she brought along her Flip camera while she waited backstage, and uploaded videos to her YouTube page. Below, Kelly Ripa compliments her Flip, while later, Couric films Regis and Kelly discussing the impromptu dressing room interview on air:
