Borders’ financial situation continues to unravel as the bankruptcy approaches the 1 month mark. Yesterday, several of Borders’ suppliers filed motions for the return of the unpaid stock, which still belongs to them. Thomas Nelson Publishers is trying to recover $52k in product shipped over the last couple months, and Source Interlink, one of Border’s larger creditors with nearly $7 million owed, wants everything it shipped to Borders so far this year returned.
