The infographic suggests that, rather than reaching out to the real big fish with hundreds of thousands or millions of followers and subscribers, brands should focus on “The Power Middle”—the influencers with 2.5k to 25k unique monthly visitors on sites like Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, Tumblr and others. “Over the course of three months,” they report, “a Power Middle campaign with 100 influencers drives 1K actions [with] 30k to 40k social endorsements delivered to millions of consumers.”
