Indian telco giant Reliance Communications has implemented the Neon integrated mobile marketing platform from Flytxt into its network.
Flytxt, a Dutch company whose main R&D facilities are in India, launched Neon to the Indian carrier community last month. The carrier-grade platform features “a sophisticated mobile CRM database and all the mobile applications required to conduct large-scale mobile customer engagement programs,” the company says.
Also, Neon allows Reliance to leverage its existing business data in mobile marketing campaigns to create new revenue streams.
