The next time you’re at a car dealer, and the salesperson says something questionable – you know, that your 2004 Lexus is really only worth $4,000 on a trade-in – you can do something about it while you’re still in the showroom.
According to MediaPost, Cars.com just joined forces with Crisp Wireless in order to let cellphone subscribers research vehicles from their phones.
With the new mobile Cars.com site, users can search through a database of 2 million new and used cars. They can also check used car values with Kelley Blue Book pricing information and read the cars.com blog, Kicking Tires. Finally, the site offers a local dealer search option, complete with maps and directions.
