Rick Sanchez Twitters His Knee Operation

CNN’s 3pmET anchor Rick Sanchez had a knee operation yesterday, it was successful and he’s doing fine. How do we know? Because he Twittered the whole thing.

The New York Post’s TV blog followed the happenings yesterday, and provided commentary. Everything from beginning (“Knee operation soon. Lots of shaving first. Should I do general anesthesia?”) to end (“Out of surgery, all good. Just waking up. Yeah.”) is chronicled, in 140 characters or less. Our favorite from the day: “Just met anesthesiologist watches show loves twitter she’s young beautiful and about to put me under”.
