SecretInk Brings Snapchat ‘s Self-Destruct Messages to Your Inbox

SecretInk is a new messaging platform that lets you send messages to webmail and SMS recipients, who will have a limited number of seconds before the message is automatically deleted. Sure, you can use a screep capture tool to keep a record of the message, but SecretInk deletes the encrypted message permanently from their server, which is useful if you don’t want that message to be easily accessible.

SecretInk sends all messages over HTTPS so your message text never touches the network unencrypted. Since we use end-to-end encryption, your message will never be readable by your work, ISP or third party mail hosts.

Once a message is opened it is permanently deleted from our database. We never retain a copy and your message will be gone forever.

Other messenger services like Ansa, uses the Terms of Service to protect messages from being used in a court of law, which also applies to their screen captures. Private messaging give users more privacy options, but limits usage to their own apps – which, is why we think SecretInk can excel. It’s also free and quick to use.
