Twitter application Seesmic Desktop added the ability to manage activity on Facebook fan pages to its already-existing capability to do so on personal profiles, making it an attractive option for operators of those fan pages, CNET reported.
TechCrunch added that Seesmic Desktop also now boasts integration with Yfrog, an image-sharing app for Twitter, as well as a “reply to all” button for messages and a favorites timeline.
Seesmic Desktop launched in April and has totaled 2.5 million downloads. TechCrunch described it as an Adobe Air-powered client that draws status updates from Facebook and tweets from Twitter in a real-time feed.
