SinglePoint Launches Ad-Insertion Platform

SinglePoint, a mobile advertising vendor, just announced the introduction of SingleBrand, which the company is billing as the “first SMS mobile ad insertion platform that gives national advertisers access to mobile phone campaign inventory created through interactive television campaigns for hit shows such as ‘Deal or No Deal,’ ‘Top Chef’ and ‘Project Runway.’”

The new service promises advertisers a centralized solution for reaching millions of mobile users that like to interact with TV programs on a daily basis, and also offers reporting metrics for the campaigns. Services include click-to-call, click-to-link, and click-to-SMS, and all can be customized with third-party campaign creation and ad management solutions, the company said in a statement.

We’ve seen these TV show names go by before; for example, Socialight originally powered a mobile-focused fan club for Project Runway, while Top Chef has already made the rounds as a mobile game.
