Not long after the game’s take down from the app store, mocks and clones took its place in the 1,2,5, and 10 spots as the most popular game of the moment.
Not to be outdone, eBay sellers have responded by offering used iPhones with the obsolete app for thousands of dollars. One white/gold Apple iPhone 5S – 16GB with the game was bidding for $1,850 as of this writings.It’s highly likely those were not real, serious bidders.Others have also seen ridiculous bids upwards to $90K with some sellers offering their device as a buy it now option – for a $1 billion. Surely you jest?
