Livestream rolled out a new tool for Twitter called Twitcam, which allows Twitter users to stream their own live shows, complete with live chat, CNET reported.
Each Twitcam-created page gets its own URL, which viewers can return to at any point, and the chat feature is handled by tweets, according to CNET.
Livestream told CNET Twitcam was built in about a week, adding that the new player tools it uses are going into an updated version of its application program interface to be released shortly.
