The initial lineup for the upcoming Social Media Week has been posted, with events taking place simultaneously in Los Angeles; Milan, Italy; Bogotá, Colombia; Buenos Aires; and Mexico City Sept. 20-24.
The combined sessions will feature more than 200 events, and media companies backing Social Media Week include The New York Times, Financial Times, Los Angeles Times, Fast Company, Fox Latin-America, El Tiempo, and global sponsor Meebo.
The organizers also announced a collaboration with the U.S. State Department to live-stream the events globally.
