Sony Ericsson has plans to turn itself around that include a combo Walkman-Cyber-shot phone, a PlayNow service with unlimited movie downloads and something called “Entertainment Unlimited,” mocoNews.net reports.
Apparently, the handset maker intends to add full-length movies that users can download to a PC and sideload onto their phone. The planned Entertainment Unlimited “branded experience” will somehow integrate the Walkman music experience, Cyber-shot camera functions and everything else SE has to offer into a single something that will seamlessly connect to the Web, TV, PC and other devices.
We can expect more details from Sony Ericsson in the second half of the year, the article says.
