Apple doubles its iPhone market share
It reports Gartner (again) numbers that show Apple’s iPhone marketshare of worldwide smartphone sales grew from 5.3% in Q1 2008 to 10.8% in Q1 2009.
RIM’s BlackBerry marketshare also grew an impressive amount: 13.3% in Q1 2008 to 19.9% in Q1 2009.
The current smartphone sales ranking stands at:
1. Nokia (41.2%)
2. RIM
3. Apple
