Hi ThinkMobile readers - all the great mobile apps, devices and reviews are now a part of mediabistro's SocialTimes.com. Thanks for reading!

Sprint finally crossed all the T’s and dotted all the i’s on its flat-rate plan designed to make consumers wonder why they settled for all those all-you-can-eat-for-$99-a-month plans Verizon Wireless, AT&T, T-Mobile and a score of smaller players have launched over the past couple weeks.

Its “Simply Everything” offer goes beyond most rival plans, with the name saying it all: Unlimited voice and data minutes, texting, e-mail, Internet access, Sprint TV, Sprint Music, GPS, Direct Connect and Group Connect. Despite all this, the cellco still managed to disappoint Wall Street and other interested parties who were expecting some form of a $60 flat-rate plan, InformationWeek reports.

But, hey, considering it launched the new bundle immediately after reporting a staggering $29.5 billion fourth-quarter loss relating to its acquisition of Nextel, can you really blame the company for wanting to make a few extra bucks?
