Entrepreneurs with questions about running a business now have an easy way to get real-time answers from experts using a new addition to Sprouter‘s online community. Small business owners and entrepreneurs can use Ask.Sprouter.com to connect with experts for real-time feedback on the issues pertinent to running their business.
Ask.Sprouter.com hosts a panel of carefully selected entrepreneurship experts who are available on a regular basis to answer questions. Celebrity experts will also be available to answer questions each for limited time periods. Among others, the site launched with Dan Martell, lean product development expert and founder of Flowtown.com; and Ryan Holmes, founder of popular Twitter client Hootsuite.com.
Ask.Sprouter.com is provided as a tab on the Sprouter main site, enabling entrepreneurs to ask a question, see a full list of experts, see popular answers and find available experts. Entrepreneurs can can ask questions of a particular expert or post it to be directed to an appropriate expert for response. Sprouter membership is free and not required to ask a question. Members are notified on their status bar when their question has been answered, non-members will be notified by e-mail.

“As an entrepreneur, when you have a question about running your business it can be difficult to know where to get knowledgeable answers,” says Sarah Prevette, Sprouter’s Founder/CEO. “Our new Q&A site allows entrepreneurs to tap into expert knowledge and get real-time answers to those burning questions. We just want to make it easier for them to access expert knowledge, and to make sure that their questions don’t disappear into the stream of updates without any responses.”
Sprouter facilitates networking and collaboration between entrepreneurs globally. Providing a platform for users to connect with other innovators, entrepreneurs can expand their networks to include fellow entrepreneurs and startups with similar interests and goals. By answering the question “What are you working on?” in 140 characters or less on Sprouter’s home page entrepreneurs can discover and join events in their local areas, start discussions and follow topics of relevance to their business.

Sprouter also debuted changes to its homepage and navigation bar, including Twitter and Facebook connect.
