Supersize Me Gives iPhones Unlimited Storage

The only way to get content onto your iPhone is either synch from your computer or through the App Store, right? And even then, you’re limited by your phone’s 8GB or 16GB of storage.

A new company called Zecter aims to change that with its ZumoDrive service and Supersize Me iPhone application that lets users access their entire media libraries on their iPhone – even if it’s much larger than the storage space available on the device.

Supersize Me and the underlying ZumoDrive service use the company’s Hybrid Cloud technology, which works behind-the-scenes on a device to make it feel like the files are local on that device. The app can be used whether the phone is connected to a Wi-Fi, 3G or EDGE network.

For a limited time, Supersize Me is available for free via the App Store. After the unspecified introductory period it will go for $4.99.
