T-Mobile UK Going Long-Form with VOD

T-Mobile UK is experimenting with longer-form video content with a new VOD service. According to a MocoNews report, viewers will have access to their Video On Demand Plus content for seven days, and can watch it both on their mobile phone and PC.

One nifty-sounding feature is the ability to start watching a video on your mobile, pause it, go to your PC and pick up viewing in the same spot where it was paused, or you can start watching on the PC and pick up viewing on the phone.

The cellco is in discussions with current short-form video partners Ministry of Sound, EMI, ITV, Universal and Warner to get content for the new service.
