The German social game developer Megazebra that emerged last year has since released different versions of popular games such as Zebra Mahjong and Zebra Yazzy. Although most of its games are casual in nature, Megazebra’s latest title, entitles Jewels Rock, attempts to put a progressive, persistent-world spin using a game mechanic beat to death: Bejeweled’s match 3 or more gems. Although the game is fun due to the familiar nature of the game, the lack of originality overshadows the seemingly innovative aspects Megazebra instills in the title. The game is currently at 629 users.
