Global Press Institute became the latest content partner for Women’s eNews, and the latter ran its first article from the former Jan. 30, Trans People in Nepal Live Without Citizenship, by Kalpana Bhusal.

GPI was founded by Cristi Hegranes, Women’s eNews’ 2008 recipient of the Ida B. Wells Award for Bravery in Journalism, and it operates news desks in 23 countries using a training-to-employment model, in which women in developing nations receive journalism training and long-term employment opportunities.
