Yahoo! CEO Marissa Mayer announced in an internal memo that IntoNow founder and CEO Adam Cahan will be overseeing Yahoo’s mobile efforts and operations of its photo sharing service, Flickr, according to a report by AllThingsD.

Now you see it, now you don’t: IntoNow, a TV check-in platform that launched in January, already found a buyer in Yahoo!, which announced the acquisition Monday.
